This is a turn of the century 14 karat gold enameled ring featuring one natural Light Blue Ceylon (Sri Lanka) sapphire (11.76 carats) and twelve (12) full cut diamonds (1.08 cwt). The ring has a been well loved and the sapphire has moderate wear on the crown, but is a untreated and very clean internally.
The sapphire is an unusually large size and can be repolished with a minimum of loss.
