This is an oval cabochon cut natural Brazilian rubellite weighing 4.39 carats set in a hand fabricated 18k & 22k gold and palladium ring. The rubellite is set in a 22k bezel on a highly polished mirror of palladium. The tourmaline is a very slightly purplish red hue and is lightly included to the naked eye. The inclusions act as little sparkles inside the gemstone.
